As per multiple reports, users are not able to add any music to their library in Apple Music or iTunes. The initial reports are from the PC version of the Apple Music app but there are a few reports from iPhone users as well who seem to have been hit by the issue after the recent iOS 14.5 update. In fact, in some cases, the entire playlist would skip without playing the songs.
